Preliminary Task Research

Before even doing the preliminary task I decided to do a little research. On the internet I found a slideshow with the following presentation:

It is a slideshow that shows the conventions of thriller films, which is actually quite helpful. Considering we are doing only the first few minutes of a thriller, it is very important to get through the idea of what it is immediately as there isn't too much time. So far all four of us have some simple ideas, but in the coming weeks we will watch some thriller films openings and do research, and we will hopefully have a vague idea of what we want to do.
